2011 X-TREME WATERCROSS TOUR INFO

The X-treme Watercross Tour is sanctioned by IJSBA. We will be following their rule book for all classes except Outlaw Classes. You will need to be a member of the IJSBA to race in the 2011 X-treme Watercross.

The tour will consist of 4 weekends with 8 rounds. Points will be given to the top finishers and the total points tabulated to name the tour champion in each class. The July 10 race will be double points rounds. We will tabulate the racers top 7 finishes to name the tour champion in each class.

We will be conducting our races a little different this year. We will have a Main Event Class for each of the watercraft categories (Ski, Runabout, Sport,).  With your paid entry you will automatically be entered in this class.  It is open to all racers except Juniors. You must race in both heat races for your class to compete in the Main Event Class. Starting position for the Main Event Class will be posted at each race.  The Main Event Class will be the only payout class. Check the website before each race to see payout amounts.

Awards will be given out to all Junior and Beginner Classes. All other class awards will be given out if there is a minimum on the line. These are general guide lines for awards and could change from race to race.

CHAMPIONSHIP RINGS

Rings will be awarded to tour champions in classes that meet  minimum entries of 15.  Any other champion can purchase there championship ring if they would like.

All tour participants will receive awards at the end of the year.
